What we keep.
Russell Tech LLC runs this desk at 501 South Charles Street, Mitchell, SD 57301. We collect what we need to sell the seat and show your progress. We do not sell the list.
On this desk
We store your name, email, password hash, optional security-code hash, pathway progress, exercise text you submit, placement answers, and whether the seat came from a purchase, a subscription, a tester grant, or a comp code. Admins can see pathway ratings you send.
At Stripe
Stripe collects the card, the billing address, optional business tax IDs, and the tax calculation. We do not store card numbers on this server. Stripe’s own privacy notice covers that processing. Receipts and invoices come from Stripe.
We use your email to create the seat, send a set-password link after a purchase, and answer billing mail. If outbound mail is not wired, the same message is written to an operator log on this machine so we can still get you in.
Cookies
Sign-in uses a session cookie so the desk stays yours between visits. We do not run ad trackers on these pages.
How long, and how to ask
We keep the account while the seat is open and the records we need for taxes and disputes after that. Write [email protected] to see, correct, or delete what we can delete. We may keep what the law says we have to keep. This page is a notice, not a GDPR/CCPA legal opinion.
