Sales are final.
We do not refund Grok Mastery. Monthly: cancel when you are done and the next charge stops. Lifetime is one payment.
No refunds
All sales are final. We do not refund monthly charges, unused days, or the lifetime payment, except where a law that applies to that sale requires it. Digital access starts when the seat is granted. Write [email protected] only if you believe the law requires a refund on your purchase.
Monthly
Cancel at any time from the billing portal on your dashboard, or write [email protected]. Canceling stops the next charge. Access stays through the period you already paid. It does not put that month back on the card.
Lifetime
One payment. No renewals. No refund. The seat lasts as long as we operate the desk.
Grok itself
We cannot refund Grok, SuperGrok, or Build credits. Those are xAI charges.
If we stop the product
If we shut Grok Mastery down, we will email the seats we have. That is notice, not a refund.
