Who sells this

Russell Tech LLC (“we”) sells Grok Mastery. Contact [email protected] or +1 605-280-3098. Cards show as RUSSELL TECH LLC. We are the seller of record. Stripe processes the payment. Stripe is not the merchant of record for this product.

What you buy

You buy access to the Grok Mastery training desk on learn.russelltech.us: the pathways, lessons, and exercises as they stand, plus the updates we publish when Grok changes. Monthly is $20 / month while the subscription is current. Lifetime is $197 once. The lessons are rewritten when Grok changes — new surfaces, new defaults, new ways it fails. Lifetime is not a PDF from launch week.

What you do not buy

A Grok account is separate and billed by xAI. SuperGrok or Build credits, if you need them, are not included here. xAI’s terms govern that account. Grok Mastery is not an xAI product and is not affiliated with xAI.

Tax

Listed prices are before tax. Stripe Tax adds sales tax, VAT, or GST only in places where Russell Tech is registered to collect it. Checkout collects a billing address so Stripe can calculate tax. A business tax ID is optional; if you give one, Stripe may apply reverse-charge or zero-rate rules where those rules apply. We remit collected tax to the jurisdictions where we are registered. Zero tax on a receipt means we are not registered to collect in that place — not that the sale is exempt for your own books.

The seat

One paid email is one seat. Do not share the login. We can close a seat that is shared, abused, or used to copy the desk for resale. Monthly access ends when the subscription ends. Lifetime access lasts as long as we operate the desk. If we shut the product down, a remaining lifetime term is handled under the refund policy.

The work

Lessons tell you to open Grok and do the work. We do not guarantee a job, a certificate that a third party must honor, or that Grok will behave the same next month. The method is the product.

Law

South Dakota law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still stands. These pages are the agreement for the desk. They are not legal, tax, or accounting advice for your business.
